Espumante Laurentia Mini Brut
Prepared using the Champenoise method with Chardonnay, Riesling Italico and Nebbiolo variety.
Varieties of grapes:
Chardonnay 50%, 35% and 15% Riesling Nebbiolo.
Slightly delicate yellowish color with shades of green.
Very soft floral scent with citrus notes and a touch of typical toasted bread.
In the mouth, a striking acidity, balanced, with a fine and persistent perlage, typical of the traditional method.

Harmonizes well with roasts and poultry, sweet and sour dishes, roasted lamb, marinated salmon marinated with yogurt and nuts sauce, spinach ravioles with herb butter sauce and warm desserts . It is also ideal as an aperitif, or even enjoyed alone in contemplative attitude and reverence.
